Take Megestrol acetate appropriately, accurately weighed to methanol as solvent, quantitative dilution into about 0.4mg per 1ml of the solution. Determination of estradiol take valerate reference amount, accurately weighed, with methanol as the solvent quantitative dilution into 1ml each containing about 8mg solution; precise amount of the solution and internal standard solution of 2ml, set 10ml volumetric flask, Diluted with methanol to the mark, shake; take 5μl into the liquid chromatograph, record the chromatograms; another appropriate amount of the goods, with the law determination, according to the standard method to peak area calculation.
