Why we choosing rattan chair with exchange arm?
The reason is this design is more economic and effective during the molding processing.
1, We have 2 set mold for this design, one is big rattan chair body mold and the other one is rattan arm mold. Client just need to change the small insert on the mold so they can have 2 kind of chairs after assemble the arms. Rattan chair with arm and rattan chair without arm.
2, Compare with the other design – exchange arm chair mold, this design is more easy operation for client. No need disassembly the mold and no need crane. And the arm mold only need produce in small size injection machine.
